Bushfoods are a vital, yet primarily unappreciated, part of the Australian landscape. As part of La Trobe’s 50th Anniversary celebrations, The Patch Bundoora are building an educational trail filled with edible native plants in the creation of ‘The Bushfoods Patch’. Its aim is to highlight and promote edible natives to the University community and build the foundations for an active community of people interested in edible natives and their role in Australia.
